Wellington The annual reports of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation, the Standards Council, the Industrial Design Council, the Small Business Agency, and the Testing Laboratory Registration Council were tabled when Parliament sat at 9.30 a.m. yesterday. Members presented four notices of motion and three bills were introduced — the Defence Amendment Bill, the Armed Forces Discipline Amendment Bill, and the Milk Amendment Bill. Ministers answered 18 questions before the Budget debate resumed until the 1 p.m. adjournment.
