he’s 38,” the newly-elected commission chairman, Mr Sig ’ Rogich said. “That is getting up there for a boxer. I just think we should take the time and trouble to ensure that for his welfare and for the welfare of boxing as a whole in our State.” Ali and Holmes signed last week in New York for the October 2 fight at Caesar’s Palace, matching the undefeated World Boxing Council heavyweight against the legendary former champion.
