Pop singer collapses
NZPA London Bryan Ferry, a singer with the pop group, Roxy Music, collapsed with stomach pains in a south of France hotel on Tuesday. ' a spokesman for the group said. “He was writhing in agony. We don’t know what is wrong but appendicitis has been ruled - out,” he said. ■ ■" - Roxy Music cancelled dates in Spain and Portug- ’ al, and a sell-out British tour scheduled to start at Brighton- next week is in jeopardy.
