Bull beef rise
There has oeen a further rise in the price to farmers for bull beef. For all weights prices I will rise by 6c a kilogram from Monday. This means bull beef will be 10c a kilogram above floor or minimum price levels, but it is the only category of beef for which exporters have so far offered prices above floor levels since prices improved on the United States /market recently. The new prices for bull beef are: up to 195 kg, 116 c pr kilogram; 195.5 to 220 kg. 118 c; 220.5 to 245 kg, 120 c; 245.5 to 270 kg, 123 c; 270.5 to 295 kg, 126 c; 295.5 to 320 kg, 129; 320,5 to 345 kg, 132 c; and over 345.5 kg, 135 c.
