How difficult it is to present a meal that people will enthuse over, when it is I one that you do not create yourself. Quick meals| brought into the home can be good, very good; they can; also be disappointing, even! embarrassing. Pizzas are an; acceptable change, and ai good pizza can be a delight — especially when the base is slightly savoury, firm, slightly crunchy and definitely not hard or spongv. Combine a good base with your own choice of toppings and, voila, you have an instant hot dish to be proud of.
