The society currently provides its members and the public with a wide range of merchandise through retail outlets in Te Puke, Tauranga and Kati Kati. The Retail Controller is accountable to the general manager and his prime function is to direct and co-ordinate retailing activiites so that the Society’s objectives, as expressed in policy and budgets, are achieved. The position has the potential of - leading to General Manager status as the company is considering further ingApplicants should currently be in, senior management within the retailing context and will have developed through experience, an ability to relate to and negotiate with al! levels of personnel within the business environment.
