And notice is hereby further given that the said rates will become payable at the (office of the board on August 20. 1980, and that the rate book is onen for inspection without fee by ratepayers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. An additional charge of 10 per cent will be added to all rates unpaid .at the exniration of six months from the date of demand and shall be pavable ■ and recoverable accordingly.
