C.S.U. sides with F.O.L.
The Combined State Unions’ national executive has rejected the Government’s response to the combined Federation of Labour-C.S.U. request for an urgent cost-of-living pay adjustment, said the chairman of the C.S.U. (Mr D. H. Thorp) yesterday.
The C.S.U. would' endorse in principle the F.O.L. conference’s resolution on this question and take immediate steps to co-operate on the issue of joint publicity material and in the holding of joint meetings
