comb is a recognised authority on bands and music, and has written four books on the subject, including the standard text on band music, throughout the world. The book will be available for sale to the public and bands people the first week of centennial contests in Christchurch from May 13. A limited edition of 3000 copies would be printed initially, but it was expected ' the book would be available later through normal book-sell-ing outlets.
