Canterbury netball team
Four members of the New Zealand netball team, which shared the world title in Trinidad and Tobago last year, have been included in the Canterbury representative side to play Victoria at Canterbury Court on May 21.
These are Genae Kotae, Adrianne Prattley, Janice Henderson, and Leigh Mills. The only new Canterbury cap is Sandra Heffernan, who represented South Canterbury last year. All the others were in the Canter-
bury side which won the 1979 national championship. The full team announced by the selectors (Miss Cath Brown and Mesdames Marie Erickson and Sue Morton) for the 8 p.m. game is:— Prattley, captain, Wai Taumaunu (Burnside); Ann Da-< vidson, Lyn McLennan (St Nicholas); Kotae, Henderson (Hagley); Mills, vice-captain, Sandra Heffernan, Diana. Sullivan (Sacred Heart). Canterbury Country will meet South Canterbury in the curtain-raiser.
