Property Market
A Spreydon property of nearly 3000 square metres, was passed in at auction yesterday at $22,000. The land and dwelling house at 86 Cobham Street, also had frontage on to Rahera Street. There was a proposed subdivision plan providing for three rear sections.
There were two bids of $lOOO for the property which has a government valuation of $36,500 ($30,000 representing the value of the land). Seven people attended the auction, which was run by Mr W. W. Anderson.
