Soy beans, mung beans, lentils, sunflower and sesame seeds, chick peas, alfalfa and wheat are some of the possibilities. ' Method: Place beans or lentils or seeds in a clean jar (remembering they will increase in volume about five or six times) and cover the top of the jar with a piece of muslin secured with an elastic band. Cover the beans with water and soak for a night then rinse, keep in a warm dry place and rinse two or three times a
day. In about two to five days your beans will have sprouts. Remember to drain well. Once sprouted rinse and place in a container in the refrigerator. They will keep for approximately a week.
