Robbery charge
PA Auckland A stockman appeared in the District Court at Otahuhu yesterday charged with armed robbery at the Auckland Municipal Abbatoir. Dean Regan Povey, of St John’s, entered no plea. He also , did not plead .to a
charge of unlawfully possessing a sawn-off shotgun. The alleged robbery occurred on March 28. Judge Richardson remanded him on $2OOO bail with a similar surety and reporting clause to June 18 for a depositions hearing.
