Hearing next week?
PA Auckland The court hearing of Fletcher Holdings’ move to have set aside the interim injunction served on it last week by Carter Holt Holdings, Ltd, is likely to be held next week.
Mr R. H. A. Carter, joint managing director of Carter Holt, said there seemed to be little chance of the hearing’s taking place this week, but there was a possibility of its being .held next week. No date had yet been Set. A spokesman for Fletcher Holdings last evening agreed that a hearing seemed likely next week.
