against dust, dye, and wear to their own clothing. Mr McCrory said the timing of future- one-day stoppages would be decided by union delegates. The company’s general manager (Mr R. J. Auld) said staff at one of the workshops had voted against strike action. He said the company felt- the union should negotiate for the supply of smocks in award connot by industrial iaction. There was no provision in) the- award- - for smocks, he said. .a.
