F. and P. affiliate pays 16 per cent
F. and P. Dealer Rentals, Ltd, has filed a prospectus for a further issue of secured debentures; its top rate has been increased from 15 per cent to 16 per cent. The new top rate applies to the 24 month, 30 month, and three-year terms. The issue is for $1 million, ivith the right to accept oversubscriptions of a further $1 million. Interest rates for the latest
issue are: Three months, 12.0 per cent ( ew term); six months, 13.0 per cent (previously 12.0 per cent); nine ■ months, 13.5 per cent (13.0); (twelve months, 15.25 per cent (14.25); eighteen months, 15.75 per cent. (14.75); twenty four months, 16.0 per cent (14.75); thirty months 16.0 per cent (15.0); three years 16.0 per cent (15.0); four years 15.0 per cent (14.0); five years 15.0 per cent (14.0). .
