The Western Samoan Government is believed to be concerned about the refusal :of entry to New Zealand (universities for Samoan students who have passed the University Entrance exammation but failed the Latos test. The Minister of Foreign Affairs (Mr Taiboys) and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs (Mr F. H. Corner) took part in yesterday’s talks. Tupuola Efi is expected to give more details of the discussions today.
