Bid for Temco approved
Arthur Yates reports that its proposed takeover of the Tauranga Egg Marketing Co-operative. Ltd, had received approval from the Examiner of Commercial Practices.
The company also said that acceptances from Temco shareholders were now held for 65 per cent of Temco’s issued capital, and it is expected acceptances for 90 per cent will be received within the next week.
