More time
The date by which acceptance of the offer for UDC Group Holdings, Ltd, must be notified has been extended to April 24 by ANZ Banking Group (NZ), LtcL Acceptances had been received in respect of over 75 per cent of the outstanding shares. This effectively increased the bank’s interest in UDC Group from 64.04 per cent to 91.4 per cent. No decision had been made by the bank regarding declaring the offer unconditional.
