An unemployed commercial artist appeared yesterday in the District Court on a charge of changing the balance in a Commercial Bank of Australia passbook to $2,000,002. John Perkovic, aged 50, was remanded by Judge K. W. Frampton to April 14 on bail of $5OO and one surety of $5OO.
