Imperial changes
The Imperial Hotel, at the comer of Barbadoes and St Asaph Streets, one of the first Christchurch hotels to engage in price-cutting at the end of last year, has changed its lessees. : ;
The old lease, held by. Jack Harris, Ltd, expired yesterday, and the owner, Glenleith Holdings,'/Ltd, of Dunedin, has decided to run the hotel.
A director of GJenleith Holdings, Mr. W. L. Cameron, said that an announcement would be made soon on the style of trading that Glen? leith would follow. . /
The company has applied to the Christchurch Licensing Committee for a hold keeper’s licence.' ' '
