Raglan case stayed
PA Hamilton The Raglan Golf Club has succeeded in blocking for the meantime the return to Maori title of its leased golf course land. In the Supreme Court at: Hamilton Mr Justice Bisson! has granted an application! staying the Maori Land Court’s vesting order until a review of that order can be made and the question of the lease validity resolved.
