A total of 587,638 shares was traded on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, including 100,000 special sales. The total was 37,488 more than on Monday. ■ Industrial shares totalled 575,888 (546,550 on Monday), and 11,750 mining and oil shares were traded (3600 on Monday). A total of 158 issues was traded.
