Top cadet’s medal
A new Governor-General's Medal has been introduced for the top cadet from the New Zealand Army officer commissioinng course at Waiouru. The medal has been won for the first time by Officer Cadet Sergeant Keith Bastion, who scored the highest aggregate marks in all subjects. It was presented by the GovernorGeneral (Sir Keith Holyoake) when he graduated from this year's course at Waiouru. — (PA).
