A meeting last evening to] discuss the threatened resignation of an Ellesmere j County councillor, Cr N. J.| Brown, ended inconclusively.! Cr Brown, who threatened! to resign after a refusal by] the County Engineer to pro-| vide access for residents whose driveways were blocked by kerbing and chanelling work, met the] County Chairman (Mr W. E.i Walker) last evening. Cr Brown said he re-! mained undecided as to] whether he would withdraw] his threat or resign. He] would decide on the matter! before the next council meet-! ling. I
