Sex charges denied
PA Auckland An Auckland company director accused of sexually molesting a Filipino girl, aged . 12, pleaded not guilty to all 38 charges when he appeared for trial in the Supreme Court at Auckland. James Edmund Roland Arnold, aged 45, of Meadowbank, pleaded not guilty to 18 counts of
rape. 17 counts of haying sexual intercourse with a girl under his care and protection, two counts of performing an indecent act on the girl, and one count of attempting to .commit sodomy. The trial is being heard before Mr Justice Moller and a jury. His Honour suppressed the complainant’s name.
