Temuka team promoted
A team from Temuka willi take part in the Midland Coachlines qualifying league soccer competition next year for the first time in the league’s history. Temuka will replace High School Old Boys, which will be relegated to" the first division of the Canterbury Football Association’s lower grades after ’finishing last in this season's qualifying com-l petition. In addition, Rangers, which I
[will compete in the Rothmans League next year, will be represented in the qualifying league. Under a long-standing ruling by the New Zealand Football Association any national league club most also be represented in the strongest grade, below the regional league in its area. Rangers will replace Halswell United, [which has won promotion to I the Midland League.
