Sir, — Julius Arlov (September 28) should be writing pro-monarchy letters solely, without combining two subjects. He could then tell us what sort of a glorious future we can expect from “Mother England.” No lamb, cheese or butter sales? Imported inflation combined with sinking manufacturing standards? We do not want or need this. Any country that supports a system where one person is bom “better” than another should have no place in our lives. God defend New Zealand. — Yours, etc., M. J. KEENAHAN. September 28, 1979.
