Claim for $2.3M
PA Wellington A writ claiming $2.3M damages against the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Mr Taiboys) was filed in the Supreme Court yesterday. The writ was filed by the L o n d o n-based aircraft broker, Island Associates, and concerns the blocking by the Government of the export to Ghana of a number of old Dakota aircraft. No fixture has yet been made for the hearing of the claim.
