Baillie Farmers Motors, Ltd, earned an audited net profit for the financial year of eight months to June 30, of $194,721, compared with a profit of $192,373 for the 12 months to October 31. Sales for the eight months were $10.7M, compared with 1
$15.2M for the previous 12 months. A first and final dividend for ‘he eight months of 4c a share, which equals an annual rate of 12 per cent, will be paid tax-free from share premium reserves on October 15.
