Borg wins
NZPA Toronto Bjorn Borg, of Sweden, beat John McEnroe, of the United States, 6-3, 6-3 to win the Canadian international open tennis championships at Toronto. Borg won his straight-sets victory in the men’s singles in 90 minutes.
