NZPA-Reuter Richmond, Virginia The unseeded American, Kathx Jordan, upset Virginia Wade, of England, 6-4. 6-3. to enter the final of a $lOO,OOO international tennis tournament. Jordan’s foe In today's final will be the top-seeded Martina Navratilova, the Czechoslovakian emigre, who now resides In the United States. Navratilova gained the final with a 6-4. 6-3 decision over the fourth-seeded Wendy Turnbull, Of Australia.
