“The PreBs M -Air New Zea< land visit to the Hawke* Bay Jockey Club’s spring meeting on September 13 has a few vacancies, and those interested will need to complete arrangements by the end of this week to avoid the possibility of another fare increase. The trip leaves Christs church early on the Satur< day morning. The party will be met by a bus at Napiei and taken straight to tty racecourse at Hastings, where there will be race, books, members’ stand and admission tickets. Saturday evening aceonw modation will be at the DB Angus Inn in Hastings, and the return flight will be on Sunday morning. The cost on a twin-room basis is $123.30, with meals extra, and a supplement of $7.70 js required for a single room. Bookings can be made up to Friday with the Editorial Manager, P.O. Box 1005, Christchurch, or by tele, phone, 790-940, ext. 894.
