Dancing championships

About 2000 Highland dancers from all over New Zealand will meet at Timaru in October to compete in the New Zealand national dancing championships, from October 19 to 22. Record entries have been received for 70 dancing events, which will coincide with the jubilee of the South Canterbury centre of the Piping and Dancing Association of New Zealand.
