Table tennis teams
John Armstrong and Christine Kehoe will lead the Canterbury team in its representative table tennis match with Otago, for the Jarvis Rosebowl trophy on Saturday.
The full team for the match, which will be played at the Selwyn Street hall, is: Men: J. A. Armstrong, L. Richards, W. T. Scott, S. Dixon. Women: Mis:- 1 Kehoe, Miss P. Shadbolt, Mrs K. Thompson, Miss J. Stead.
The lower grade representative teams to play Otago on the same day for the Samson Shield, are: A. reserve: T. Sargent, R. Hughes, P. Whittaker; B. grade: G. Winchester, P. Reid, B. Halpin: C, grade: L. Elliott, R. Morrison, D. Adamson; D. grade: R. L. Schumacher, P. Fraser, K. Blacklock; E. grade: A. Blacklock, S. Craw, P. McArdell; F. grade: A. Nasen, N, Maynard, R. Humphrey.
