PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at an ordinary meeting of the Heathcote County Council held on Thursday, June 28, 1979, the council resolved by way of special order, that the Heathcote County Council hereby lays off as an underwidth road less than 20 metres wide, that portion of road shown as Lot 13 on the council’s subdivisions! scheme plan file No. 79/671 being part of the land in Certificate of Title 18K/913, the said road being 12.1 metres wide and being named Stedley Place. Further notice is hereby given that the said special order will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the council to be held at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday, July 26. 1979, for confirmation. A copy of the special order may be viewed at the county office, 66 Colombo Street, Christchurch, during normal business hours. The purport of the special order is to lay off the extension of Stedley Place as an underwidth road as it is inexpedient to lay off the road at a width of 20 metres and the road, as proposed, is adequate for present and likely future traffic.
