Help for objectors
The Redwood Action Committee will ensure that as many objections as possible are made to the proposed Styx Mill Road refuse transfer station.
The requirement served on the Waimairi County Council by the Metropolitan Refuse Disposal Committee to designate the land for a public work was publicly notified this morning. Objec-
tions and submissions close on August 22. The chairman of the Redwood Action Committee (Mr B. A. Le Fevre) said committee members would jog the memories of people who said in an earlier survey that they would make objections.
The committee would help them fill out objection forms correctly, and make sure they knew the facts.
