The proposed Femside residential subdivision north of Rangiora should bei allowed to go ahead in due) course, according to the No.) 3 Division of the Planning! Tribunal. The Canterbury Regionalj Planning Authority had appealed against a decision of t the Rangiora County Council I on the ground that expanded) urban growth would endan-| ger the rural area of the region. There would be no such danger, said the tribunal's | chairman (Mr P R. Skelton.!
