KERR, Executive Officer. ■ TS7 MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL ■ DOWNS ROAD WATER SUPPLY AREA BY-LAW AMENDING CHARGES : NOTICE is hereby given that, ’ in exercise of the powers conferred on it bv the Local Government Act (No. 3) 1977, the 1 Malvern County Council, at a meeting held on June 8, 1979, resolved bv way of Special Order to make a By-law to be known as the Downs Road Water Supply By-law 1979 No. ‘The object and purport of the proposed By-law is to repeal the scale of charges as set out in the Water supply By-Law 1978 No. 1 (Downs Road Supply Amendment) and substitute therefor a new scale of charges as follows:— (a). The annual -charge for each hectare or part therefore shall be $1,31. <b)* The charge for each dwelling connected to Hie supply shall be 840 per annum. (c) The minimum charge for any supply shall be $12.50 per anntim. td) A special levy of $4.50 pe r hectare and $lO per dwelling.
