Frenchmen in lead
NZPA-Reuter Pau, France. Bernard Hinault, of France, , won yesterday’s third stage of the Tour de France, the 180.5 km run from Luchon to Pau in the Pyrenees. Hinault clinched the stage in a sprint finish to stretch the over-all lead he has established. In second place was Belgium’s Rudi Pevenage and in third, Gianbatista Baronchelli, of Italy.
