NZPA London New Zealand will offer permanent homes to about 900 rno're Vietnamese “boat people.” the Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) has said. Speaking to reporters after meeting top British politicians, including the Prime Minister (Mrs Thatcher), he said that New Zealand’s doors were already . “as wide open as they are likely to be” to Vietnamese refugees. “In terms of population we would be fourth in the
world behind Australia, France, and Canada and ahead of the United States,” he said.
