Carless benefit?
State Insurance Office vehicle premiums were based on the ratio of claims to premiums, not the amount of time vehicles were used, said the Minister in Charge of the State Insurance Office (Mr Quigley) in Parliament yesterday. If earless days were introduced and a reduction in the cost of claims resulted, this would be taken into consideration when premiums were reviewed, he said.—(P.A.)
