Reporting to the Pipelines Operations Manager the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of the pipelines, rights of way. meter regulator stations and associated facilities, for the establishement of policies/procedures to prevent pipeline accidents and for meeting emergencies whether natural or man-made. There will be continual liaison with personnel both within the NGC and outside on matters affecting pipeline planning, construction, usage, etc. We are seeking applicants with a B E. (civil/mechanical) and preferably related experience such as pipeline construction. However those with lesser qua.ifications will be considered where experience is considerable.
