Use of cycles
Sir, — May I plead with any person who rides a cycle in hours of darkness to please, make sure the cycle has an effective light back and front and/or wear a reflector band. If cyclists do not bother with this and are “knocked down” they bring pain and suffering to themselves and stress to the motorist. ■— Yours, etc., R. M. SKINNER. June 9, 1979.
