The Timaru Harbour Board’s side-suction dredge W. H. Orbell in the Lyttelton dry dock yesterday for urgent repairs to a thruster unit. The dredge, which has been working at Dunedin under contract to the Otago Harbour Board, is due in Taradale, Golden Bay, this week to dredge out the harbour for a new cement carrier.
