Upon his appointment as chairman of the Securities Commission, Mr C. I. Patterson resigned as a director of Freightways Holdings, Ltd, from May 18. The board has appointed Mr William Wilson, and also Mr Trevor Farmer, the group’s general manager, as directors. Both appointments are effective from May 18.
