‘Overtime’ costly
PA Auckland A clerk who falsely claimed 261 hours of overtime from his employer has been fined §5OO by Mr P. M. Browne, S.M-. in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland. David Kingsley . Cliff, aged 46, now unemployed, had previously pleaded guilty to obtaining §llB6 from Wilson and Horton, Ltd, by means of a false pretence.
The defendant was also put on probation for 18 months.
