Rhodesian ejections
Sir, — In answer to M. O’Neill (May 8) I still say that Mr Taiboys must take action in recognising Rhodesia. Mr O’Neill is wrong wher. he says New Zealand and any other country would find it difficult to recognise Rhodesia because of the Security Council’s vote of 12-0. I have faith in the newlyelecied British Prime Minister, Mrs Thatcher, to recognise Rhodesia in the very near future. Your correspondent in answer to my letter is right when he says I am keen for Mr Taiboys to recognise Rhodesia. I have been to Rhodesia. — Yours, etc.,
H. WILLIAMS May 8, 1979.
