Mrs Mabel Gambrill died •t the Lyndhurst Home on Monday. She was 107. She and her elder sister. Ethel, moved to Christchurch from Gisborne in 1939 and lived in Sumner until 1964. when they moved to Lyndhurst Home. Her sister died in 1965
Mrs Gambrill was the 1 daughter of Captain Joseph, Dav. the pilot who was sta-l tioned at Cave Rock. Sum I ner. in the latter part of the! last century.
