Situations Vacant THE NEW ZEALAND AIRLINE PILOTS’ ASSOCIATION INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS THE ASSOCIATION proposes to appoint an Auckland based Industrial Officer who will have all or most of the following qualifications. 1 A formal qualification in N.Z. Law, Commerce I or Economics. 2 Current industrial relations experience. 3 A knowledge of the aviation industry is desirable. 4 Practical experience which will enable him to take charge of and develop all industrial research for the Association and also run a small office. The appointment will be on a full time basis with all aspects negotiable including possible Study time and the intention is to provide attrac- , five conditions and prospects. Initially the task i will entail mastering the details of Industrial Relations in the Aviation industry as well as assist--1 ing the Principal Officers with research and preparation of submissions for presentation to employers, Tribunals and other bodies.
